Product overview
Built for iOS and Android, LilCoach helps you plan daily habits, add routines from templates, track progress from Today, review Stats, and recover after missed days without rebuilding your whole system.
Plan and complete morning, daytime, and evening habits from one Today screen.
Start quickly with the habit catalog, ready programs, custom habits, reminders, widgets, and tiny versions.
Stats, sync, health import, and optional Lil Coach AI make adjustments evidence-based and still user-controlled.
Daily use
The main flow stays close to the bottom dock: act from Today, add the next useful thing, learn from Stats, and use coaching only when it helps.
See scheduled habits, planner items, progress, quick focus, and the next small action without opening a separate planning system.
Use the catalog, templates, ready programs, custom habits, or light planner items when the day needs more structure.
Complete, skip, undo, time a session, add notes, and make the next step smaller when the routine slips.
Use Stats to understand trends, then ask Lil Coach for a plan, check-in, or adjustment proposal you can review first.
Inside the app
Real product screens show the current path from the + flow to a configured habit and the Stats screen.

Core features
The core app works as a practical Today loop. Paid tools add continuity, deeper evidence, and optional coaching without replacing manual control.
Use one daily surface for habits, light planner items, quick focus, progress, skips, notes, timers, and undo.
Add habits, tasks, focus blocks, daily templates, ready programs, or custom routines from one entry point.
Start from built-in habit templates, program sets, your own sets, or a blank custom habit.
Tiny versions, recovery sessions, comeback signals, and priorities help preserve a routine after missed days.
Review weekly progress, completion, streaks, habit health, recovery signals, and longer-term trends.
Use reminders, widgets, timers, notes, quick focus, PDF export, and location-aware habits where supported.
Keep progress available across devices and connect supported health data such as steps and sleep.
Generate plans, run check-ins, ask questions, and review proposed changes before anything is applied.
“Keep the rhythm small. The next action is enough.”LilCoach
AI suggestions are optional and reviewed before changing a plan.
Core habit tracking works locally, without advertising profiles.
Today, recovery, and local progress remain useful without remote AI.
