Short Summary
- LilCoach is an offline-first habit and daily planning app. Your routines, planner items, programs, notes, progress, and settings are mainly stored on your device. The Plus local Trainer prepares suggestions on-device and waits for your confirmation.
- We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
- Health, location, notifications, Google Calendar, account sync, and diagnostics are used only where supported and after the relevant action, permission, or setting.
- Store purchases are handled by Apple or Google; RevenueCat may process subscription status when enabled. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- You can delete your account in the app or follow account deletion instructions. Email support@appfactory.work if you cannot access the app.

How Data Is Stored
LilCoach stores your habits, planner items, programs, progress, profile settings, and local Trainer state in app storage on your device. Data is sent to a service provider only when needed for a feature you choose or a service enabled in your build, such as account sign-in, cloud sync, store purchases, Google Calendar authorization, optional diagnostics, or an explicitly requested remote explanation in a separately enabled build.
Account sessions are stored using secure device storage where supported. Backups you export are files you control; if you share, save, or upload those files elsewhere, the destination service's policies apply.
Cloud Sync and Backend Services
If account services are available, you sign in, and you use Plus cloud sync, LilCoach sends account and device identifiers, habits, planner items, progress needed for continuity, and sync metadata to AppFactory backend services. Account registration and sync are not required to use core local features. Local Trainer signals stay on your device. AppFactory uses Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 for account, session, and sync operations when those services are enabled.
Website and browser storage
When you visit this website, Cloudflare may process your IP address, requested page, request time, browser and device details, referrer information sent by your browser, and security signals to deliver pages and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to measure page views, referring pages, browser/device categories, and page-load performance. Its beacon does not use cookies or browser storage; Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not track people across customer sites. We do not use third-party advertising pixels. The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage; this preference is not used to identify you across other sites.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's font services to retrieve those files, and Google may receive the connection information needed to provide them under Google's privacy terms.
AI Features
LilCoach Plus includes a local deterministic Trainer. It uses planner signals available on your device to prepare suggestions; the suggestion is applied only after you confirm it. The Free version shows a static, non-personalized example. These local suggestions are not generated by a remote AI model.
Remote Coach chat is not part of the current public release. A separate one-shot remote explanation is disabled by default and may exist only in a separately enabled build. If that feature is enabled, the app will show what it sends; after you explicitly request it, the request and displayed context are sent to AppFactory backend services and a configured AI provider. Review that disclosure and do not send information you do not want processed remotely.
AI-Coach features are for habit support and general planning only. They are not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
Google Calendar (optional)
When Google Calendar connection is available and you choose to connect it, LilCoach requests read-only access and imports the event context you select for Today and planning. LilCoach does not create or edit calendar events. Disconnecting removes the stored authorization token and clears imported events from the app; cached events may remain after a failed refresh until a successful refresh or disconnect. You can also revoke LilCoach access from your Google Account.
Health Data
Health data is accessed only after you choose a supported Apple Health or Health Connect feature and grant the system permission. You can revoke permission in device settings. LilCoach uses imported values to update the health-connected habits and profile features you select. We do not sell health data or use it for third-party advertising.
Location Data
LilCoach requests location only when you choose “Use current location” while setting up a location-based habit. The public release does not request background or “always” location. You can revoke permission in system settings or remove the saved place from a habit.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, with RevenueCat used to manage purchase validation and entitlements. We receive purchase and subscription status information, not your full payment card number or billing credentials.
Third Parties and Service Providers
We share data only as needed to operate the app, comply with law, protect the service, or honor your choices. Service providers may include:
- Cloudflare for backend hosting, Workers, D1 storage, and related security/infrastructure.
- Apple and Google for app distribution, sign-in where available, purchases, device permissions, Health APIs, and platform services.
- RevenueCat, when configured, for subscription validation and entitlement management.
- Firebase App Check when enabled, to protect backend requests from abuse.
- Sentry or another configured crash backend when enabled, to diagnose crashes and errors. Sentry is configured not to send default personal information.
- A configured AI provider only if a separately enabled remote AI feature is available and you explicitly use it.
- Email/support providers when you contact us or request account assistance.
- Google Fonts for typefaces requested by your browser when you visit the website.
- Cloudflare as the website and backend infrastructure provider, including the request and security information described above.
Analytics, Ads, and Tracking
Product events are stored locally and are uploaded only when a build has a configured analytics endpoint. They can describe app use (for example, onboarding, feature opens, plan actions, and purchases) and may include limited dimensions such as platform, language, tier, or action type. When install attribution is configured, a pseudonymous install/device identifier and Google Play referral or campaign details may be sent with install, return, activation, or purchase milestones. Optional diagnostics are separately controlled in Settings; configured crash reporting may send error details and stack traces. We do not display third-party ads, sell personal data, or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
Your Choices
- You can use core features locally without signing in, subject to app tier limits.
- You can choose not to create an account or use cloud sync; core local features do not require an account.
- You can manage Health, Location, Notifications, and other system permissions in iOS or Android settings.
- You can export or import a JSON backup from the app where supported.
- You can enable or disable optional diagnostics in Settings, disconnect Google Calendar, and delete habits or your account where account features are available.
- You can contact support@appfactory.work for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.
Account Deletion and Retention

When account deletion is available and you confirm it in LilCoach, we send a deletion request for the account and associated active account and sync data. We may retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Service-provider backups and security logs may persist for their ordinary retention periods. Store purchase records are controlled by Apple or Google, and subscription records may also be held by RevenueCat when configured.
Deleting an account does not erase local app data from your device; clear app data or uninstall LilCoach to remove it. Exported backup files remain wherever you saved or shared them. Uninstalling or deleting your LilCoach account does not cancel a subscription.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the features you use, maintain and secure an account, meet legal obligations, reconcile purchases, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where feasible. Provider backups and security logs may follow the provider's ordinary retention cycle.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, secure token storage where supported, session-based authentication, backend access controls, and optional App Check protection. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
LilCoach is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
International Transfers
AppFactory and its service providers may process data in countries other than the country where you live. When required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or legal bases for such transfers.
Regional Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@appfactory.work. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as LilCoach changes or as legal, platform, or store requirements change. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make material changes.
