Terms of Use

These Terms explain the rules for using LilCoach, including its mobile app, website, account features, and subscriptions.

1. About these Terms

These Terms are between you and AppFactory, the operator of LilCoach. By installing, accessing, or using LilCoach, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and uninstall the app. “LilCoach” or “service” means the LilCoach mobile app, its website, and related features that we make available.

You must be legally able to accept these Terms where you live. LilCoach is not intended for children under 13 or any higher minimum age required by local law.

2. The service

LilCoach helps you track habits, plan tasks and focus time, use routines and guided programs, review progress, and adjust a day when plans change. Some features are available offline; others may depend on your device, account, subscription, permissions, or connected services. Features and availability can vary by platform, plan, region, and release.

3. Your account and your data

You may use core features without an account. If account registration is available and you choose to register, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Habit and planner information is generally stored on your device. If you sign in and use an available cloud-sync feature, selected account, habit, planner, and sync data may be processed by our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can stop using the app at any time. Where account deletion is available, use Settings → Data → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, follow the instructions on our account deletion page. Deleting the app does not itself cancel a store subscription.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in information you enter, such as habit names, plans, notes, and goals. You give AppFactory permission to store and process that information only as needed to provide the features you choose, protect the service, and comply with law. Do not use LilCoach to store information you are not entitled to provide. Your device backups and any files you export remain under your control.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require LilCoach Plus. The price, billing period, trial if offered, renewal date, and other purchase terms are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase. A subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel it through the store before the renewal date. The store controls billing, cancellation, refunds, and eligibility for offers; its terms also apply. Deleting your LilCoach account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

6. App license and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LilCoach for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple or Google platform terms. LilCoach and its software, design, and brand are owned by AppFactory or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be excluded.

7. Connected services and permissions

Health data, location, notifications, cloud sync, and calendar connections are optional and work only where supported. If you connect Google Calendar, LilCoach uses selected events as read-only planning context; it does not create or edit your events. Apple Health, Health Connect, Google, Apple, and other connected services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. You can revoke permissions or disconnect an integration in your device or service settings.

8. Coach and wellness information

The public LilCoach release may offer a local, rules-based Coach that uses on-device planner signals to suggest a next step. Suggestions are optional and are applied only after you confirm them. The Free preview is an example, not a personalized assessment. LilCoach is a planning and habit-support tool, not medical, mental-health, emergency, legal, or financial advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee a particular result. Use your own judgment and seek a qualified professional for health or safety concerns.

9. Changes and availability

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features, and may release app updates for security, compatibility, or product reasons. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes where required. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address misuse, or meet a legal obligation.

10. Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep LilCoach useful and available, but the service may sometimes be interrupted, inaccurate, or unavailable, and we do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular habit, health, or productivity outcome. To the extent permitted by law, AppFactory is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of LilCoach. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as LilCoach changes or as legal and platform requirements change. We will update the date above when we publish a material revision. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them where applicable law permits; if you do not accept them, stop using LilCoach.
