Delete in the app
- Open LilCoach on your device.
- Open Settings and go to Data.
- Tap Delete Account in your signed-in account controls.
- Confirm deletion.
Confirm the in-app prompt to send the deletion request. This web page does not delete an account automatically.
What we delete
- Your account and associated sign-in details.
- Account profile and active server-side sync data associated with the account, where those services are available.
- Other account data held by AppFactory for LilCoach, subject to the limited retention described below.
What may remain
- On your device: local habits and app data until you clear app data or uninstall LilCoach.
- Exported backups: JSON files you saved or shared outside the app.
- Subscriptions: purchase and entitlement records held by Apple, Google Play, or RevenueCat under their policies.
- Service-provider copies: security logs and backup copies may remain for the provider's ordinary retention period.
- Legal and security records: limited information we need to meet legal duties, prevent fraud or abuse, reconcile billing, or resolve disputes.
Timelines
We begin processing a confirmed in-app request or verified email request promptly and aim to complete it within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, billing, or dispute purposes. Backup copies and security logs may persist until removed under the relevant provider's retention cycle.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@appfactory.work from the address tied to the account you want deleted. Include the email you used to sign in and “LilCoach account deletion” in the subject. We may ask for information needed to verify the request and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
What happens after deletion
- Local data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall LilCoach.
- Exported backups remain wherever you saved or shared them.
- Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Store records and limited data needed for legal compliance, security, billing reconciliation, or dispute resolution may remain for a limited time.

Нет доступа к приложению?
Напишите на support@appfactory.work с адреса, связанного с аккаунтом. Укажите email для входа и тему «Удаление аккаунта LilCoach». Мы можем запросить данные для проверки и постараемся обработать подтверждённый запрос в течение 30 дней.
Что происходит после удаления
- Данные на устройстве останутся, пока вы не очистите данные приложения или не удалите LilCoach.
- Экспортированные резервные копии останутся там, где вы их сохранили.
- Удаление аккаунта или приложения не отменяет подписку. Отмените её в настройках Apple App Store или Google Play.
- Записи магазинов и необходимые по закону, для безопасности, сверки платежей или разрешения споров данные могут сохраняться ограниченное время.
